This berry protein smoothie recipe is great for breakfast or post-workout. It’s high in collagen protein, healthy fats and carbs to replenish your body’s stores or get you ready for the day!
In case you haven't heard, our Multi Collagen Protein is the only collagen protein powder powered by a clinically studied fermented eggshell membrane collagen ingredient, and you can perhaps see/feel results in as little as one day! Notably, it supports healthy joints, hair, nails, gut and skin.
This one is easy as can be. Place ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend into smooth. Add cold water if you desire the smoothie to be more liquid-like.

1 cup frozen berries (no sugar added), such as mixed berries
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Place ingredients in a high-powered blender.
