Whether you follow a vegan/plant-based diet or not, a well-designed protein smoothie can serve as a convenient and filling breakfast or snack option.
Vegans may benefit even more than the general population from the addition of a health-focused protein smoothie to their daily routine, since it can sometimes be hard to get enough protein from plant foods alone.

Our protein-packed vegan smoothie recipe is about as simple as it gets, calling for only three ingredients: any fruit you have on hand, your favorite plant-based milk, and Ancient Nutrition’s Plant Protein+ powder (available in Chocolate, Vanilla and Berry flavors).
Because Plant Protein+ powder is made from a blend of real, protein-packed, organic superseeds — including hemp, pumpkin, sunflower, chia and flax seeds — you don’t have to add tons of extra powders or ingredients to make this a filling smoothie.
Our unique plant protein is free of added sugar, relatively low in carbs, and made from real foods without any fillers or additives.
