How to make a healthy weight management drink

Heat up filtered water in a pan or kettle. While the water heats up, cut a lemon in half.

In a large heat-proof glass or mug, add in 8 ounces of hot water and one scoop of Multi Collagen Advanced Lean powder. Mix with a frother until the protein powder is fully blended. You pour into a power blend and mix at low speed.

Next, juice half the lemon and add, along with apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cayenne and ginger. Ginger root is suggested but you can also use ginger powder. Also add raw honey, or, if you seek to avoid any natural sugar, use a half-dropper of liquid stevia. Stir until combined, then pour into a class. Top with an additional slice of lemon.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces hot filtered water

  • 1 scoop Multi Collagen Advanced Lean Powder

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric

  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne powder

  • 1 inch knob ginger, grated, (or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger)

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or half a dropper of liquid stevia if you want to avoid sugar)

Directions
