Daily Drink for Healthy Weight Management

We get many requests for recipes and increasingly they’re for tasty drinks with a benefit, such as detox water or a collagen beauty drink. But the No. 1 request is for a healthy weight management drink that boosts the metabolism. Is there such a thing?
Well, with our new Multi Collagen Advanced Lean Powder (cinnamon flavor), yes, such a drink can be made. It was designed to help you burn calories and boost your metabolism. 8 warm purified water
½ lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or Herbal Cider Vinegar tincture)
¼ teaspoon turmeric
⅛ teaspoon cayenne powder
1 inch knob ginger, grated
1 tablespoon raw honey (or half a dropper of liquid stevia if you want to avoid sugar)
In a glass, add in warm water and 1 scoop MCP Lean. Mix with a frother or an immersion blender until protein powder is fully blended. You also use a blender at low speed.
Add in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cayenne, ginger and honey (or liquid stevia). Stir until combined.
Pour into glass. Top with an additional slice of lemon.
