Detox Drink Ingredients

Detox drinks are only as good as their ingredients. These are the six of the best and are used in this detox drink recipe:

1. Fresh ginger

How to Make This Detox Drink

Make sure you pick a fresh piece of ginger root. You can leave the skin on but wash off any dirt. Juice a two-inch piece of ginger along with one full lemon.

Ingredients
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, juiced

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • ¼ cup coconut water

  • 1 teaspoon Herbal Cider Vinegar

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. Juice ginger and lemon. In a small container or bowl, add in coconut water, Herbal Cider Vinegar, turmeric and cayenne to juiced ginger and lemon.

  2. Mix until combined.
